Mr. Ahmad Faysal
With more than four years of professional experience, Md. Faysal has been engaged in diverse areas of research and development, including qualitative research, data collection and analysis, field force management, communication, coordination, development program management, and strategic planning. His work reflects a strong focus on result-oriented approaches, particularly in program management, awareness building, policy-making and implementation, advocacy, training, and capacity development.
He currently serves as a Senior Research Officer at the Bangladesh Enterprise Institute, where he contributes to research and development initiatives with emphasis on socio-economic and policy-driven projects. Prior to this role, he gained valuable experience at institutions such as BRAC James P. Grant School of Public Health, NGO Forum for Public Health, Center for People and Environment, and Innovative Research & Consultancy Ltd. His involvement spanned a range of thematic areas, from renewable energy and public health to disaster risk reduction and digital literacy, utilizing advanced qualitative research tools and techniques such as KII, FGD, IDI, and case studies.
Faysal’s career objective is to continue working as an R&D specialist and add meaningful value to development projects through innovative concepts, evidence-based practices, and interdisciplinary expertise.
