Commonwealth Secretariat and Development Partners Establish Innovative ICT Centres for Livelihoods BEI, in partnership with the Commonwealth Secretariat, Bangladesh Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BWCCI) and the Digital Knowledge Foundation (DKF), inaugurated a pilot project linking information and communications technology (ICT) with micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in rural Bangladesh. This is part of the Commonwealth’s twenty million taka technical assistance that aims to enhance the competitiveness of Bangladesh’s MSME competitiveness through ICT.
