Bangladesh Enterprise Institute (BEI) in association with the Institute of Governance Studies (IGS), BRAC University and the Korean Development Institute (KDI) has been undertaking a series of Core Group Programs (CGP) designed for senior level civil servants of the Government of Bangladesh to enhance their capacity for private sector development. IFC-BICF has been supporting this program.

Bangladesh Enterprise Institute (BEI) in partnership with the Commonwealth Business Council organized the launching of the "Commonwealth Business Forum, Perth 2011" on May 17, 2011 from 4.00 P.M. to 6.00 P.M. at the BEI Conference Room.
The key objectives of the event were to raise awareness of the Commonwealth and specifically the work and value of the Commonwealth Business Council; to highlight opportunities for involvement in Commonwealth Business Forum (CBF); and to support bilateral relationships and economic links between Bangladesh, South Asia and Australia.
