Bangladesh Enterprise Institute (BEI) organized the second Indo-Bangladesh Dialogue held in New Delhi, India on 19-20 March 2010 as a sequel to the successful Bangladesh-India Dialogue held in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 6-7 December 2009. The Center for International Affairs of the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) of India hosted the Dialogue.

The main objective of the Dialogue is to examine the various facets of the menace of terrorism that is threatening the national development and inter-state and regional relations in South Asia.
