Mr. M. H. Khaleque has been with BEI as Research Director since its inception. Having participated in and overseen numerous research activities of the Institute, Mr. Khaleque has made significant contributions to and has acquired high degree of competence in areas of Business Enabling Environment and Trade Policy and WTO issues. Before joining BEI, Mr. Khaleque was a consultant and RMG exporter. Mr. Khaleque is currently involved in the World Bank's Urban Investment Climate Survey 2006 as the team leader.
